We are happy to share that Lapwing Partners has recently completed a quality audit at DAL Machinery in Istanbul, Turkey. Our client, Almatis, has subcontracted the construction of a rotary cooler to DAL Machinery and entrusted us to oversee the quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) aspects from start to finish.
We were pleased with the professional demeanor of the DAL Machinery team and grateful for the warm welcome they extended to us. This rotary cooler is a critical component, our involvement extends beyond the construction phase—we will also oversee its installation in The Netherlands.

During our visit, we conducted the audit and checked all quality manuals, company certifications, and QAQC-related documents and fieldwork to ensure that the project meets our client's requirements and standards. Additionally, we had a tour through their workshop to see the work in the field and observe how everything was handled. We also created all quality and Inspection Test plans on behalf of Almatis.
